Our containers are BPA-free and microwave-safe. Upon arrival, we recommend immediate refrigeration at 4°C. For the best experience, reheat meals for 2–3 minutes until the internal temperature is consistent.

Our meal kit service offers three primary tiers: Weight Management (1,200–1,500 kcal), Balanced Living (1,800–2,000 kcal), and Performance (2,500+ kcal). During your initial consultation or checkout, you can specify your preference. Our nutritionists ensure every balanced daily menu meets these exact macros.
Yes. We understand that living in Bali often involves travel. You can pause your diet menu with delivery at any time with a 48-hour notice. Simply log into your dashboard or message our WhatsApp support. Remaining credits will be held for up to 60 days.
Environmental stewardship is core to our philosophy. All the containers used in our meal delivery are 100% recyclable. We also operate a "Return & Reuse" program for our thermal delivery bags. Simply leave the bag from your previous delivery at your door or reception, and our driver will swap it for a fresh one.
While we offer diverse ingredient swaps, our kitchen handles nuts, soy, gluten, and shellfish. We prioritize safety and cannot offer a 100% trace-free environment. If you have a mild intolerance, please note it in your order healthy meals form, and our chefs will adjust your specific plan accordingly.
